Product Overview
This is a flat chip of quartz with a really nice and bright bit of gold on one end. The gold is unworn and looks like it's tried to be a crystal!. A very nice specimen, perfect for a micromount too if that's your thing.
This was found recently while metal detecting on private land near Berringa, Victoria Australia. We took a video of the find See it here
This specimen is approximately 12x8 mm by around 3mm thick, see photo with the scale in mm. It comes with a hand written label. Sold as a mineral specimen, this is very high purity natural gold in quartz.
