Product Overview
This is a piece of fractured white Quartz with a piece of really bright Gold in it. The gold shows a couple of interesting faces on it. the quartz is fractured and appears to be held together by the gold! It's a stable and solid specimen though, it looks good on display.
This was dug by hand from a small scale mine on private land in Berringa, Victoria Australia. You can see the actual dig in the reef this specimen came from in some of our YouTube videos here
This specimen is approximately 12x7 mm by 7mm high, see photo with the scale in mm. It comes with a handwritten label. Sold as a mineral specimen, this is very high purity natural gold in quartz.
