This is a thin disk of of high purity Tantalum at 99.9% pure Ta.
This sample is a flat disk, sometimes slightly 'crumpled' with a dot and pattern on one side, see photos. Each weighs between .5 and .8 of a gram. A 'critical mineral' sample that's perfect for element collectors or chemistry experiments.
Each sample comes sealed in a ziplock bag. Please refer to the product photos for an accurate representation of size—one image includes two samples and a scale in millimeters for reference.
The exact size and shape vary a bit, but each piece will always be over half a gram and under .8 of a gram of .999 Tantalum.
