Gold in quartz, Berringa Victoria Australia 25187

A solid specimen of quartz with a bright and attractive bit of gold on one end of it. The gold is amazing under magnification, very bright and an unusual looking surface on it. 

This was dug by hand from a small scale mine on private land in Berringa, Victoria Australia. You can see the actual dig in the reef this specimen came from in this YouTube video

This specimen is approximately 22x13mm by 9 mm See photo with the scale in mm.  It comes with a handwritten label. Sold as a mineral specimen, this is very high purity natural gold.
