Product Overview
This is a 1000 gram lot of 99.65% minimum purity Antimony lumps and granules/powder, there is a couple of big bits and a mix of smaller, sizes of each bit vary from lot to lot. it is broken from a solid slab. You may get the odd piece showing a bit of oxidization on one surface, the slabs have an oxidized side from manufacture and that is a bit of it, it is very little and will not affect alloying uses nor most chemistry uses. It is quite a brittle element. I also have the odd one that is a solid block with maybe a few small bits to make up the 1000g, great specimen for a collector (message if this is your preference and we will check stock on this sort)
Antimony is used for hardening Lead alloys along with many other uses in chemistry and industry.
This sample is supplied in a bag and will be posted in a pre-paid satchel. Please note that Antimony is toxic if ingested, you must use gloves and appropriate safety gear when handling it and keep out of reach of children.
